Refund/Return Policy

Oyster sales are final and not refundable for any reason once the oysters have been opened. If we open a pearl and it does not meet our strict quality assurance check, we will replace the pearl at the time of the reveal. We do our best to ensure you will receive a quality pearl. Please understand that these gems are made individually and through the natural process of the oyster, therefore pearls may have some blemishes.  

Orders for mounted jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of customized jewelry. We will always use your pearls in the jewelry you order. If your pearl becomes unhinged from your jewelry setting, we can re-set the pearl at no charge, however you will be responsible for the shipping to and from. We do not offer a replacement pearl in the event your pearl is lost or damaged.

If there is a physical defect with cage jewelry, Pearl Lotto, LLC will replace the item as long as the policy is adhered to. Customer pays return shipping of the defective item, but Pearl Lotto, LLC will cover the cost of shipping out the replacement. Any items listed as “plated” or stainless steel cannot be replaced due to tarnish or flaking, as this is normal for these items after any amount of use. However, a physical defect in the item will need to be addressed within 24 hours of receiving the item according to USPS tracking number. Please contact us at pearllotto@gmail.com or our Facebook Business Messenger with pictures of any physical defect so we can begin the exchange process as quickly as possible. Pictures are required to begin the replacement process of the defective item. Please note, our policy does not cover damages caused by accident, improper care, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of ring metal and/or pearl nacre that may occur over time by extended wear and body chemistry.

If you purchase jewelry items at the time of your oyster order, we cannot guarantee that your pearls will fit correctly in the jewelry items. When we notice that your pearl(s) are not an ideal fit for your chosen jewelry piece, we will attempt to contact you via Facebook Messenger and/or email. If we do not hear back from you, we will mount the pearls as required per your order and no refund/return will be available once your order is drilled and mounted. All sales are final.

No refunds will be given for any item that is not returned to us. If you place a claim for refund with Paypal, we will contact them to notify them of our refund policy due to the nature of the product with all information available in regard to your party purchase.

Any item given by Pearl Lotto, LLC as a giveaway or drawing prize, is a gift. These items are not available for return or exchange.
